Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Merchandise sold through the ceeshop.com.au is manufactured specifically for each order through our print-on-demand production partner, unless otherwise identified as a Limited Collection product.

As these products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Accidental orders

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and size guides before placing your order.

Limited Collection Products

If you change your mind about a Limited Collection product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at shop@cuttingedgeengineering.com.au.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any return shipment must be sent back to Australia at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If any product arrives damaged, defective, mislabelled, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at shop@cuttingedgeengineering.com.au.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an approved return or replacement, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have additional consumer rights under applicable local laws.

Please note that our print-on-demand merchandise is manufactured specifically for each order and may be exempt from standard withdrawal and cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

For Limited Collection products, customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date the item is received. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Australia. Return shipping costs will vary depending on the item's size, weight, carrier, and location.

SHIPPING POLICY

FULFILMENT TIMES

It takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. You will receive a notification by email when your order has shipped. The shipping time depends on your location and the product you have purchased, but can be estimated as follows:

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Additional postage costs apply for products ordered from the ‘LIMITED COLLECTION’ range. These products are stocked in limited quantity at our CEE headquarters in Australia and are posted separately to other items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Tariffs, Duties & International Pricing

This information applies to our Limited Collection only, which includes products stocked and shipped directly from us here in Australia.

Recent changes to international tariffs, duties and local taxes have increased the cost of sending these products to some countries. Where we're able to prepay these charges, we've built them directly into our product prices.

That means the product price you see already includes the applicable tariffs, duties and local taxes for your region. You won't see these added again at checkout. The only additional charge at checkout is shipping.

These charges are set by governments and customs authorities and don't represent additional margin for us. We've also absorbed part of the increases ourselves where possible to keep international pricing reasonable.

What this means for you

🇺🇸 United States
Tariffs, duties and applicable taxes are included in the product price. Nothing to pay on delivery.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom
VAT, duties and customs costs are included in the product price. Nothing to pay on delivery.

🇨🇦 Canada
Duties and applicable taxes are included in the product price. Nothing to pay on delivery.

🇪🇺 European Union
Import charges currently cannot be prepaid through our shipping provider and are therefore not included in the product price. Your local postal service will collect applicable duty, VAT and handling fees before or on delivery.

For a typical single-item order, we recommend allowing approximately €12–20 in additional import charges.

🌏 Other countries
Local import rules apply. Depending on your country and order value, duties or taxes may be collected locally.

Why have international prices increased?

Our Limited Collection is stocked and shipped from Australia. When these products enter another country, they can attract tariffs, duties and local taxes based on where the product was manufactured and where it's being imported.

Rather than showing a lower product price and adding these costs later, we've included them in our regional pricing wherever possible.

So while international prices may look higher than a direct conversion of our Australian price, the difference includes the cost of getting that product through customs and to you without an unexpected bill at the other end.

What about our other products?

Our regular print-on-demand range is separate from the Limited Collection. These products are generally produced and dispatched within your region, so the pricing and import information on this page does not apply to them.

If your order contains both Limited Collection and print-on-demand products, they will arrive in separate deliveries.
