Where will my order ship from?

It depends on the item:

  • Limited Collection products ship from our CEE headquarters in Australia.

  • All other products ship from our global print-on-demand partner with facilities in the USA, EU, UK, Latvia, and Japan.


When will I receive my order?

All items take 3 to 7 business days to fulfill before shipping. Delivery time depends on the product type and destination:

Why is my postage higher than expected?

If your order includes products from both our Limited Collection and our regular product range, your items may ship from different locations. Each shipment incurs its own shipping fee.
Limited Collection items are fulfilled separately from CEE HQ in Australia and may attract higher international postage rates.


Will I be charged customs fees?

Possibly. International orders may incur duties or taxes determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are outside our control and not collected by us. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if:

  • It includes both Limited Collection and regular store items

  • The items are fulfilled in different locations

  • Some products require special packaging (e.g. mugs, wall art, hats)


My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email to confirm your delivery address

  • Check with the local carrier assigned in your tracking information

  • Ask your neighbours in case the package was left nearby

If you’ve tried all of the above and still haven’t received your parcel, contact us at shop@cuttingedgeengineering.com.au with your order number and details.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email shop@cuttingedgeengineering.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size charts in each product listing before ordering.
If your item was mislabelled or incorrectly fulfilled, email us within 7 days and we will issue a replacement or refund.


What is your returns and refund policy?

Returns
We accept returns for damaged or mislabelled products only. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Change-of-mind returns, incorrect sizing, and Limited Collection items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Important: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
